Americans Announce 2017 Home Opener

KENNEWICK, WA – The Tri-City Americans are proud to reveal the 2017 Home Opener date! The Americans will host the Everett Silvertips on Sep. 30th at 7:05 at the Toyota Center. The full Regular Season schedule will be released tomorrow, Jun. 27.

The Americans will face the Silvertips in their home opener for the first time ever. In last year’s home opener, the Ams won 8-3 over the Spokane Chiefs in a game that featured a 4 goal performance by now Captain and Detroit Red Wings prospect, Michael Rasmussen, and a 3 goal 3 assist performance by Vladislav Lukin.

To kick off our 30th season, we will be welcoming the band, Colorblind, to the Toyota Center for pre-game and in-game performances! Also, the game will be an 80’s throwback night complete with the team wearing the original yellow and white home jerseys! Be sure to stay tuned for our many other pre-game festivities.

2017-18 Season Tickets and Flex Packs are on sale now! Book groups for individual games before they go on sale to the public. Stay tuned for special pre-season ticket promotions!
