Important Parking Announcement

Starting in December, and running through the remainder of the 2013-14 regular season, a portion of the Three Rivers Convention Center and Tri-Cities Visitor and Convention Bureau’s parking lot will no longer be available for parking during Americans games, as the new five-story, 113-room SpringHill Suites by Marriott begins construction.  Construction is expected to be completed by December 2014.

Fans attending Americans games, as well as other Three Rivers Campus events, should utilize the gravel lot to the South of the Toyota Center, off of Young St., that sits adjacent to the Hilton Garden Inn and behind Lowe’s.  Toyota Center staff will begin directing this lot in preparation for increased traffic demands starting with the Americans game on Friday, December 13th vs. Prince George.

2013-14 Americans Season Ticketholders that have purchased a parking pass for the Season Ticket Holder Lot on the North site of the building will be unaffected by the planned construction.

The Toyota Center and the Americans have also worked out an arrangement with the Benton County Justice Center for use of their parking lot after-hours on game and event days.
