Request A Donation
The Tri-City Americans are grateful for the large amount of donation requests and support from fans across the Mid-Columbia.
The Tri-City Americans have a donation program that assists non-profit organizations with their fundraising endeavors. We wish it were possible to honor all of them, since most are very worthwhile causes, but due to the high volume of requests received, guidelines have been established to assure fairness and potential involvement.
Please review the donation request guidelines below, as our requirements have changed.
Making a Request
- All donation requests must be made at least 4 weeks in advance of the event
- Please limit requests to once per year
- Donations will be filled based on availability (first come, first serve basis)
- Incomplete forms will not be processed
- If accepted, you will be contacted by e-mail. No phone inquiries please.
- Donations must be picked up from the Tri-City Americans’ offices. Donations will not be shipped.
- All those who request donations must fill out the Donation Request Form below
