The Tri-City Americans are grateful for the large amount of donation requests and support from fans across the Mid-Columbia. We wish it were possible to honor all of them, since most are very worthwhile causes, but due to the high volume of requests received, guidelines have been established to assure fairness and potential involvement. It would be appreciated if organizations could submit their requests four weeks prior to the event date.

Making a Request

The Tri-City Americans have a donation program that assists non-profit organizations with their fundraising endeavors. Donations are limited to one request per organization during the Tri-City Americans’ fiscal year (Jan. 1st through Dec. 31st). Organizations located in the Tri-Cities area have priority support for merchandise and autographed item requests, but exceptions are made on a limited basis.

Application Process

Requests must be made in writing on an organization’s letterhead and include:

• Organization’s name, full address, and contact number
• Type of event
• Date, Time, and Location of event
• How the Item will be used
• Contact Person’s Information
