Ticket Sales Representative – Tri-City Americans (Kennewick, WA)

The Tri-City Americans are currently seeking a highly-driven, over-achieving sales person to join our high energy staff, with the intention of demonstrating the value associated with Americans ticket packages to prospects throughout the Mid-Columbia region.  This self-starting Ticket Sales Representative will be directly responsible for prospecting, calling (including some cold-calling), closing sales as well as servicing new accounts, creating new ideas to increase ticket sales, and performing basic office functions as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Make phone calls from provided lists to Mid-Columbia companies and single game buyers to sell season tickets and mini-plan packages;
• Actively pursue new business and decipher ways to acquire leads and grow sales.
• Meet/exceed weekly and monthly sales goals in the areas of season ticket and mini-plan sales;
• Maintain records of all season ticket and mini plan customers;
• Provide superior customer service to clients and potential clients;
• Attend all home games to market tickets and set appointments with clients;
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Ticket Sales

• Passionate about sports
• Ability to work non-standard hours
• Prior sales experience is preferred

COMPENSATION:
• Full-Time position - Base Salary + commission
• Medical and dental benefits

EDUCATION:
• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred, however “sales potential” without education or experience will be considered.
