KENNEWICK, WA – Tri-City Americans General Manager Bob Tory announced today that the organization has hired Madelyne Peterson as the team’s new Athletic Therapist.
“The Athletic Therapist is an invaluable position to our team and it is very important to find the right person,” said Tory. “Madelyne has the qualifications and skills we were looking for in a candidate and is passionate about her work. We’re excited to welcome her to the Americans.”
Peterson, a native of Seattle, Wash., joins the Americans after most recently working in the Physical Therapy department at Tri-City Orthopaedics. She graduated from the University of Montana last year with a bachelor’s degree in health and human performance and a master’s degree in athletic training.

“I am honored to have the opportunity to work with the Americans,” said Peterson. “It’s exciting to begin my career in sports with such a competitive organization.”
“Environment is huge for me. I am happy to be part of a team that cares so much about building a good environment and the well-being of their players.”
