Americans Select Krystof Hrabik in 2018 CHL Import Draft

KENNEWICK, WA – The Tri-City Americans Governor/General Manager Bob Tory announced today the team’s first-round (41st overall) selection of Krystof Hrabik in the 2018 Canadian Hockey League Import Draft.
Hrabik is an 18-year old from Praha, Czech Republic. The 6’4”, 209-pound center played this past season with HC Benátky nad Jizerou in the Czech2 league and totaled 15 points (5G, 10A) and 46 penalty minutes in 32 games.
He represented the Czech Republic at the 2018 World Junior Championship where his team finished fourth. Hrabik also played for his country at the 2016 Ivan Hlinka Memorial Tournament where he had 4 points (2G, 2A) in 5 games
