The weather is heating up in Kennewick and so are the offseason adventures. We checked in with our returning players to find out what they’re up to this summer and how they’re preparing for the upcoming season. Beck Warm is the last of our Summer Check-In series. Check out the previous articles here and we’ll see you at Training Camp!
Describe your offseason training routine:
On weekdays I get up at 6:30 and am at gym by 7:30. We train until 10-11. After that I go grab food quick and am on the ice at noon on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. After on-ice work I will usually go play golf and hang out with friends. After that I’ll go to the grocery store and make dinner!

This offseason I am focusing on playing the puck, being patient on the ice, and getting stronger.
